Sluggerpunk

A first-person action roguelike where you beat punks up using your bat and baseballs.

Set in the year 2069, a totalitarian future where all hope for competitive sports has been lost everywhere except in the underground, where illegal battle sports started to rise in popularity as a means to fight back the governments that pushed them to the depths of the city. These people are known as sluggerpunks. 

In this game, you play as someone who was terribly affected by the sluggerpunk culture, having lost a loved one to the incessant violence that was born of this broken law. 

However, they couldn't have chosen someone worse to piss off.

One person alone couldn't defeat all of the sluggerpunks in the underground, but you have a telekinetic chip implemented on you, letting you control baseballs and bend their trajectory to your will. Plus, you will surely find more upgrade chips in the underground as you keep pushing further below. 

You decide to fight fire with fire.
